I had the absolute pleasure of getting my hair done by Francine, and I can honestly say it was one of the best salon experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, her calm and welcoming energy immediately put me at ease.
She washed and twisted my waist-length dreadlocks, and I couldn’t be more impressed. I’ve been doing my own hair for over 20 years, so letting someone else touch my locks was a big deal for me — but Francine completely exceeded my expectations. She was gentle, attentive, and took her time carefully separating and retwisting each lock with so much care and precision.
What really amazed me was how fast and efficient she was without compromising on quality. What normally takes me around six hours to do myself, she completed beautifully in much less time.
The entire experience was smooth from start to finish — even the receptionist at the front desk was so kind and welcoming. The salon itself is modern, clean, and comfortable, which added to the relaxing atmosphere.
